Navy blue silk satin, embroidered with colored silk in satin stitch, gold thread in appliqué technique. Small coral beads for the sun. Border in gold fabric and black silk. Closure with five bronze spherical buttons. Macramé fringe with colored tassels. Lining: Sky blue silk. The silk of the vest is embroidered with dragons and various birds, with Fenghuang among others in clouds. Below waves and rocks. The chest and back each have a rank insignia applied in gold and silver embroidery with coral beads. The wild goose represents the fourth civilian rank on a background with swastika lattice. It is surrounded by five bats.
